Sony’s Xperia 10 II is not a bad device. However, it still does not replace a proper Xperia 5 II flagship. Sony has, however, not made mention of any such device. Regardless, some cases have appeared on Alibaba, showing us a possible design of the phone.
If the images are anything to go by, then the Sony Xperia 5 II is smaller than the Xperia 1 II. It also features the popular 21:9 aspect ratio. The phone sports a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top and a fingerprint scanner on the side.
Going around the back of the device, we notice something interesting. The phone features a triple-camera setup; no problem here. However, it appears not to have an LED flash.
That little white dot is a ToF sensor (if the camera layout of the Xperia 1 II is anything to go by). The actual flash (and RGB ambient light sensor) is supposed to be above.
You may take these renderings with a pinch of salt. However, with multiple sellers putting up listings for the cases, it appears that an announcement from Sony may be just around the corner.
