On November 18, Apple released iOS 13.2.3 to the general public. The update came with stability and bug fixes.
On November 20, Apple pushed out another update. However, this new update is not for the general public. It is the iOS 13.3 Developer Beta 3, and it is basically for software testers.
We do not yet have all the information about the iOS 13.3 Developer Beta 3, because it is still fresh. However, we do know that the third major iOS 13 update has introduced fewer features than either iOS 13.1 or iOS 13.2. Its second beta did not bring much changes to the table. So, it will probably be good that you do not expect much in Beta 3.
You need to be a registered developer to get the iOS 13.3 Developer Beta 3 update. You can go to the Developer Portal to get the restore image for your iPhone or install the configuration profile, and update over the air.
If you already have the profile installed on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update to start the installation of the iOS 13.3 dev beta 3. You can also simply wait for it to install automatically if you have “Automatic Updates” enabled.
