Samsung’s Android 10 update roadmap comprises over 40 Galaxy devices, but it has now been confirmed that the Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 will not be part of it. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ were released in March 2017 running the latest Android version at the time, Android 7 Nougat. The Galaxy note 8 was released was released with the same version not long after.

These three devices (Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8) got the Android 8 Oreo and Android 9 Pie updates in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Unfortunately, they will not get the Android 10 update.

This confirmation is coming after Samsung released the Android 10 Stable update and proceeded to release a roadmap of Galaxy devices to get the updates. The Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 are not part of those 40+ devices. This appears to be the end of Android updates for the former flagships devices.
