The latest rumor about the Nokia 9.3 PureView has revealed that the device will have a 120Hz screen. It will likely have an OLED display, considering the rumors of an under-display selfie camera.
Asides from the refresh rate, the rumor also hints at the device’s camera configuration. The Nokia 9.3 PureView will likely use a conventional camera setup, and not the simultaneously-firing cameras. The new setup will flaunt a 108MP Samsung-made primary camera. There is also the possibility of another camera up to 64MP.
According to earlier reports, HMD already experimented with 24MP, 20MP, and 48MP sensors for the Nokia 9.3 Pureview before eventually settling for the 108MP main shooter.
The most recent proper flagship from HMD was the Nokia 9 PureView. It sounded really exciting on paper but was maybe not so exciting in real life. After the Nokia 9 PureView, there were reports of a Nokia 9.1 in the works. It was then delayed and there were new reports that it would come as the Nokia 9.2. Now, here we are and it is the Nokia 9.3 PureView. Report has it that one of the reasons for the delay is that the device will now use the Snapdragon 865 chipset and not the Snapdragon 855 as originally planned.
The Nokia 9.3 PureView is expected to launch in August or September with the Nokia 7.3.
