Oppo launched the Oppo Reno 3 series back in December 2019. Less than six months later, speculations are high about the Reno 3’s successor. In fact, an alleged real image of the Oppo Reno 4 has found its way online. The image was posted by popular leakster, Ice Universe.
The alleged image shows that the Oppo Reno 4 will come with 5G support, just like the Reno 3. However, what appears to catch the attention of many is the camera arrangement of the device. The image shows the Oppo Reno 4 with a triple or quad-camera setup. The fourth lens should be a smaller depth sensor if it is a quad-camera setup. Beside this camera arrangement with seemingly protruding sensors is a flash.
As seen from the leaked image, the camera arrangement of the Oppo Reno 4 looks quite like that of the LG Velvet. However, while the LG Velvet has a raindrop camera design, the three main lenses of the Oppo Reno 4 seem to be of the same size.
The image shows the Oppo Reno 4 in Black and White color options. However, we only get a view of the back of the device so we do not know what the display looks like.
There is not much information to go by about the Oppo Reno 4. But considering the fact that the Reno 3 is a mid-range device with 5G, we expect that the Reno 4 will be similar. If it is indeed a mid-range 5G phone, then we expect it to probably use the Snapdragon 765G or the Snapdragon 768G chipset.
