POCO X3 Featuring Snapdragon 732 chipset, 120Hz display To debut next month

POCO a subsidiary of Xiaomi surprisingly has three devices for this year, and one of them is the POCO X3 which is a re-branded variant of Redmi 7-series phones. A recent leak teased that the brand could take the wraps off of its original smartphone since the origination of the POCO F1.

Our tipster Ishan Agarwal discovered a post located on MIUI Turkey forums. The post also featured some alleged renders and full specs of an upcoming POCO device, which is tagged with the name POCO X3. With regards to the device being named POCO X3, the device has been teased with being the successor of the POCO X2 which was launched in February.

With regards to the above post, the POCO X3 will feature a 6.67-inch display with a refresh rate of 120HZ, as well as a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The device is also rumored to feature the unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 chipset. The device also features a Quad-camera setup with a 64MP main sensor, at the front the device features a 20MP selfie camera in a punch-hole.

The device is also powered by a 5160mAh battery supporting a 33W fast charging. Our leak’s source also stated the possibility of the device being announced on the 8th of September, 2020.

Remember that this device is just a tease, and still remains a rumor. While the brand hasn’t mentioned anything regarding the POCO X3, one of their company executives confirmed its existence on Twitter.
