Realme X50 gets certified by MIIT; to use Sony 64MP IMX686 sensor and have 6.6-inch LCD display

The Realme X50 is set to be launched soon, at a date yet to be announced. It will be Realme’s first device to support 5G.

The device has reportedly gained certification from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) China. The device model number on the certification is RMX2051. A source says the device will have a 6.6″ screen, with dual-punch-hole camera setup, and will use Sony’s 64MP IMX686 sensor as part of a possible quad-camera setup. The device, according to the source, will also run on Snapdragon 765G SoC and come with 30W fast-charging support.

No other information is known about the device. The availability, pricing and other specifications should be revealed in the coming weeks.
