Redmi has been preparing us for the release of the K30 by sharing tidbits about the device this week. In the last few days, it has been confirmed that the device will have a 64MP camera and a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. The company also announced that the device will have the Snapdragon 765G SoC.
Redmi has, again, released new information about the Redmi K30. This time, the news is the confirmation of a 4G version of the Redmi K30. The 5G version was announced a while ago, and the announcement by Redmi confirms several rumors about a 4G version of the device. It was done via a teaser by the company today.
No other specifications were mentioned asides the “Redmi K30 4G” name. The company might confirm this by releasing more teasers. A recent leak, however, reveals that the device will have a 6.66-inch Full HD display with a quad-camera setup: 64MP+8MP+13MP+2MP. It will come with a dual punch-hole selfie camera of 20MP+2MP, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The leaks also reveal that it has a 4,500mAh battery with 27W fast charging support.
The Redmi K30 4G is to be available at a less expensive price than the 5G variant. It is expected to cost 1,999 Yuan ($284).
