The Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 5G were released on Tuesday. The devices have a 6.67-inch screen with dual punch-hole front-facing cameras, a quad-camera and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Both devices come with 120Hz refresh rate which is a rarity. With the devices now available, reviews and assessments are possible.
The devices come with a quad-camera consisting of a 64MP main camera, a 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. On the front is a dual-punch-hole camera of a 20MP camera and a 2MP camera.
According to popular leakster, Ice Universe, the Redmi K30’s dual punch-hole is actually independent. The punch-hole is stand-alone – a software disguises the empty space between the dual punch-hole cameras. The space between the punch-hole is seen when the cutout option is hidden under the display options.
The Redmi K30 series has been widely received because of its features and is currently the cheapest 5G smartphone in the market with a starting price of $284.
