Samsung Galaxy S11+ receives Bluetooth 5.0 certification

The February release date of the Samsung Galaxy S11 series is getting closer, and we’re seeing more information concerning the device. Renders, leaks, specifications, and certifications of the flagship line are already showing up.

A new certification received by the Galaxy S11+ has come to light. The new certification -a Bluetooth certification- was issued to the SM-G988. The certification document reveals three models: SM-G988B_DS, SM-G988B and SM-G988BR_DS. The DS indicates Dual Sim. Earlier, Geekbench revealed that the SM-G988 model number is the Galaxy S11+.

However, the Bluetooth certification does not reveal any further details on the Galaxy S11+, except for the obvious fact it will support Bluetooth 5.0. The other features of the Galaxy S11+ according to rumours include 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,000 mAh battery, a 6.9-inch screen, a camera setup that features a new 108MP camera.
