The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is the biggest phone in the Galaxy S20 series. Its display comes in at a whopping 6.9 inches. Samsung announced the Galaxy S20 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+ on February 11, 2020. The phone went on sale on March 6, 2020.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is taller and thicker than both the S20 and S20+. It has a bigger camera and also weighs more than the two devices. Just like the other two devices in the series, the Galaxy S20 Ultra features an aluminum frame, a glass front and a glass back, Gorilla Glass 6 on both sides. It supports always-on display.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra uses the Exynos 990 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, just like the other phones in the series. However, one of the main highlights of the phone is its 108MP primary camera. Other phones that sport a 108MP camera are the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and the Mi 10 series.

The S20 Ultra sports a quad-camera setup comprising a 108MP shooter, a 48MP camera, a 12MP camera, and a 0.3MP ToF depth sensor. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, 25W fast Qi/ PMA wireless charging, and 9W power bank/ reverse wireless charging.
