The Samsung Galaxy S20+ is one of the phones in Samsung’s Galaxy S20 series. It is quite bigger than the regular Galaxy S20. Samsung announced the Galaxy S20+ with the Galaxy S20 on February 11, 2020 and released it on March 6, 2020. Both devices have quite similar specs, but the Galaxy S20+ is bigger.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ sports a beautiful design with a large display. The phone features an aluminum frame between a glass front and a glass back. Both the front and the back of the device employ the use of the Gorilla Glass 6. Just like the Galaxy S20, the S20 Plus uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset.

The phone features a quad camera setup, comprising a 64MP telephoto camera, a 12MP wide camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 0.3MP ToF depth sensor. It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, 15W fast Qi/ PMA wireless charging, and 9W power bank/ reverse wireless charging.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X capacitive touchscreen. The display has a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and approximately 525 ppi density. It has approximately 90.5% screen-to-body ratio. Its larger display offers a bigger view than the regular Galaxy S20.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ uses the Exynos 990 chipset in the global version. The USA version of the devices uses the Snapdragon 865 SoC.

The global Samsung Galaxy S20 is powered by the Exynos 990 chipset. On the other hand, the USA version uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. The global version uses an octa-core (2×2.73GHz Mongoose M5, 2×2.50GHz Cortex-A76, and 4×2.0GHz Cortex-A55) CPU. The USA version also uses octa-core (1×2.84GHz Kyro 585, 3×2.42GHz Kyro 585, and 4×1.8GHz Kyro 585) CPU. Coming to the GPU specifications, the global version uses the Mali-G77 MP11 while the USA version uses the Adreno 650.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ runs One UI 2 based on Android 10.0. The device offers you 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The internal storage is expandable via a microSDXC which uses the shared SIM slot.
