On the 27th of August 2020, T-Mobile unveiled three new smartphone models which are part of the company’s REVVL series. The recently unveiled the T-Mobile REVVL series currently consists of: the REVVL 4, REVVL 4+, and REVVL 5G. The REVVL 5G has also been labelled with a price of $400; in simpler terms, when you pay $400 for a REVVL phone, you get a $200 phone with a new line of service.
T-Mobile REVVL Series Features
The new features which the REVVL smartphone presents to customers makes it the most affordable 5G phone in the US to date. Aside that, all three versions of the series will feature a fingerprint sensor.
- REVVL 5G: is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 chip and a 4500mAh battery. It also features a 6.53-inch full-HD display, 6GB RAM – 128GB ROM storage, and a triple rear camera setup. The main camera has a 48MP sensor, 8MP wide camera and a 5MP macro camera. It also features a 16MP front camera in a punch-hole design.
- REVVL 4+: This device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC and a 4000mAh battery. The REVVL 4 also features a 6.52-inch display, 4GB RAM – 64GB ROM Storage. It has a main camera with a 16MP sensor, 16MP front camera located at the front in a display notch. It will cost $192 when released.
- REVVL 4: is powered by a MTK Helio A22 SoC and a 3500mAh battery. It also features a 6.22-inch full-HD display, 2GB RAM – 32GB ROM Storage, 13MP main camera and 5MP front camera. On release the phone will cost $120.
T-Mobile has announced the release of these smartphones slated for September 4th from both T-Mobile and Metro. TCL is also making some or all of these phones under the Alcatel brand, also producing previous generations of REVVL phones for T-Mobile.
