The release of the Samsung Galaxy S11 series draws nearer, so does rumours of what to expect increase. Now, according to a known leakster, Ice Universe, the Laser Auto-Focus System will make it first appearance in the upcoming Galaxy S11 series.
The Dual Pixel AF system of the image sensor has been in use by Samsung before now. This might change, however, should Samsung adopt the Laser Auto-focus for the yet-to-be-released Galaxy S11 series. Already, Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX lacks the Dual Pixel AF system, but the new 108MP camera on the Galaxy S11 series could now introduce the Laser Auto-Focus.
The Galaxy S11+ will supposedly have penta-cameras (five cameras), and the Laser Auto-Focus system could provide support for the four other cameras. While we await more rumours as the unnannounced launch date draws nearer, we can expect more interesting features and firsts-of-its-kind from the Galaxy S11 series.
