Xiaomi launched the Mi MIX 3 back in 2018. Then, in February 2019, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G debuted as a 5G variant of the older phone. It also launched with a bigger battery and a more powerful chipset.
However, the Mi MIX 3 5G came in only one variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Of course, these are quite low for a flagship device today. In fact, such a RAM and storage configuration can be found in many mid-range phones of 2019.
Now, a TENAA listing suggests that there’s still more to come in the Mi MIX 3 line. The Chinese authority has listed a new variant with 8GB RAM and 64GB storage.
TENAA’s listing shows the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G in two new memory configurations. There is a 6GB+128GB variant and there is an 8GB+256GB variant. Both variants run Android 10, probably with MIUI 11.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G comes with a sliding 6.39″ OLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. It uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipset. The device is powered by a 3,800mAh battery with support for QuickCharge 4+. It also supports 10W wireless charging.
The Mi MIX 3 5G already has great specs. Surely, the new memory variants will bring even more appeal to the device.
